Areas of Practice

Real Estate / Zoning / Permitting

Real Estate Transactions

For most services, we charge a flat fee when representing Buyers and Sellers at closing.  Too many times problems arise at closing to require legal contract changes or additions, title problems, survey conflicts, mortgage subordinations, encumbrances, etc. The buyer as well as sellers many times are not able to close without stopping and hiring (at a much higher cost) requiring legal expertice and start again. We involve ourselves at the beginning to identify, prevent or resolve any problems.

 Zoning and Permitting

Our experience covers the multiple states. We have successfully done hundreds of zoning and permitting processes. We specialize in working with the jurisdication(s) to complete your projects. Our extensive knowledge enables us to give you well thought out legal advise to clear barriers to go smoothly through the process. We provide complete zoning and permitting submittal packages which are vital to keeping to a specific timeline. We have flat rates for everything from simple compliance with the zoning requirements to standard 2 meetings for planning and approval before the jurisdiction boards.

Trusts and Wills

You work hard, in the process of raising or have raised families, and you have or are in the process of accumulating assets and nest eggs. You’ve paid your fair share of taxes and contributed to your community.  Understanding how the law works whether in real estate, contracts or how to prepare an estate plan properly can be extremely complicated. Many companies state that "this is the standard contract" which gives the impression that there is no ability to change or negotiate. Sometimes the unfortunate truth is that the law becomes even more complicated as life happens or we age.

We are always here to answer future questions and assist with changes (some at none or nominal charge) that may be needed should circumstances change.
